Really random dinner!! My total was 5700 which is not badd but I shouldn’t have a dinner filled with snacks, I need to sit down for a proper meal… This was from yesterday…. Hmmm today I’ll aim for 5000 kj I know I’m having a big dinner so I’ll leave 2000 kj for tht, which gives me 3000 to use until dinner :) I reallly don’t feel like exercising today but I’ve gotta do it so I’ll just do something small and hen walk my dog… Perfect
