I’m happy with my situation right now, I’m at a good weight (even though I don’t weigh myslef) I’m happy with what I look like, and I’ve gotten out of the binge cycle
However, I still binge occasionally, just not to the extent that a used to, and if I do binge I do an extra hour of working out the next day
The trouble is coming home late on a sat night, starving and just eating whatvers in the fridge while on facebook, and then just keep on eatig and eating
so my goal for this week is not to binge after I come home late sat night, I’m going to plan a treat on friday… Hopefully a planned treat will mean I won’t binge on the weekend, and I’ll have something to help me refuse until then.
I’m going to start the online good diary again from tomorow (and no I’m not doing one of those “I’ll start on Monday”) I’ve eaten really well today so far
I’m thinking a run tomorow if I wake up in time
