recently ive been trying to do the whole 5-6 small meals a day kind of a thing
Meal 1: an orange and skim milk with protein powder (900 kilojoules)
Meal 2: roasted chickpeas (400 kj)
Meal 3: protein bar and an apple (900 kj)
Meal 4: about 10 almonds and 2 peices of wholegrain bread with honey (1500)
Meal 5: 1 1/2 wraps with honey (i love honey) (900)
TOTAL KILOJOULES = 4600
now that i look at it my so-called “meals” were a bit uneven, lucky i blog my food diary! now i can try and correct that tomorow :)
but so far i like this way of eating, im never really hungry, the only downside is the need for major self control and will power to stay within the calorie bracket
