Today was goood :) very happy

Really random dinner!! My total was 5700 which is not badd but I shouldn’t have a dinner filled with snacks, I need to sit down for a proper meal… This was from yesterday…. Hmmm...

(all estimates so I suspect my total was actually a bit higher, maybe 7000) but this is far too much, tomorow will be better… I shouldn’t have had the juices and also just had...

I’m happy with my situation right now, I’m at a good weight (even though I don’t weigh myslef) I’m happy with what I look like, and I’ve gotten out of the binge cycle
However, I still binge occasionally, just not to the extent that a used to, and if I do binge I do an extra hour of working out the next day
The trouble is coming home late on a sat night, starving...

Green smoooothie
Just had my first green smoothie, I used about a cup of spinach, 3/4 of a banana, skim milk and choc whey protein powder
Mmmmmm the colour of it looked soooo gross, but it tasted good, and was a nice balanced breakfast
Organic Chocolate
Just ate an entire block of chocolate!!! That is repulsive, don’t judge me :(
I’m very disappointed in myself, this is a terrible feeling

Lunch: Choc smoothie
Yummmmyy
Protein powder, cocoa powder, Stevia powder, half a banana and skim milk
Tastes like a chocolate milkshake, only healthy!
Chocolate milk
Helthy version of course!! I get a glass of skim milk and put in a little bit of cocoa powder (like the one for baking) and a teaspoon of stevia
Mmm i think I might make some now
I love the feeling of gulping down cold water after a sweaty workout
in fact, i just love the feeling after a workout
Food diary today
Breakfast: bran cereal with chia seeds and skim milk and a pear
Snack: 5 dates and some blackberries
Lunch: salmon salad and an orange
Snack: raisins, carrot dipped in low fat cottage cheese
Dinner: muesli bar, small yogurt, a pear, half a banana, some dates and some peanuts
CHEAT
breakfast: banana, protein berry muffin
lunch: stir fry with veggies and tofu
snacks: 7 lollies, 3 small chocolates, some nuts
:) cheated! but its ok im so happe because i didnt binge!!! YAY goal acheived, i must keep this up, what a great feeling
now im happy with the amount of weight ive lost, ive just got to work on maintaining it, ive had trouble with this in the past, so lets see how...
Food and Exercise
This morning i went for a short run with my dog and did 2 sets of 3 exercises while i was at the park, i was going to do some more exercise in the arvo, but i ended up doing ALOT of walking today, whilst carrying a really heavy bag, so i was too tired.
Breakfast: low carb, high protein berry muffin (homemade)
snack: berry greek yogurt
Lunch: ‘thinkfruit’ bar (kinda like a larabar)

alright, ive gained some weight recently
ive been really slack with my diet, so im starting a diet to lose just a bit of weight,
i think im gonna try and take the low-carb approach, which will be hard because i LOVE
fruit, so im just gonna limit my fruit to 2 peices a day
i just tried to make some low-carb muffins, but i used a teaspoon of flaxeed oil, which i think made it taste really wierd, so i suppose ill just wait and see…...
ate lots last night aswell, im away atm
its ok.. Im on holiday!!

my new goal —> tone up a bit, which means eating super duper healthy for the next weak and a half, and working out every day, then the important part, no binging!!! just allowing myself to eat what i want, but still being healthy
its gonna be a toughy, but i just have to keep that in mind, no binge!!!
