alright, ive gained some weight recently
ive been really slack with my diet, so im starting a diet to lose just a bit of weight, i think im gonna try and take the low-carb approach, which will be hard because i LOVE fruit, so im just gonna limit my fruit to 2 peices a day i just tried to make some low-carb muffins, but i used a teaspoon of flaxeed oil, which i think made it taste really wierd, so i suppose ill just wait and see…...
