Really random dinner!! My total was 5700 which is not badd but I shouldn’t have a dinner filled with snacks, I need to sit down for a proper meal… This was from yesterday…. Hmmm today I’ll aim for 5000 kj I know I’m having a big dinner so I’ll leave 2000 kj for tht, which gives me 3000 to use until dinner :) I reallly don’t feel like exercising today but I’ve gotta do it so I’ll just do something small and hen walk my dog… Perfect

(all estimates so I suspect my total was actually a bit higher, maybe 7000) but this is far too much, tomorow will be better… I shouldn’t have had the juices and also just had 2 sausages at lunch
And obviously I shouldn’t have eaten those cookies! I’ve realised that everytime I am confident with my self and my body I eat really healthy but if I’m not I don’t
I’m happy with my situation right now, I’m at a good weight (even though I don’t weigh myslef) I’m happy with what I look like, and I’ve gotten out of the binge cycle
However, I still binge occasionally, just not to the extent that a used to, and if I do binge I do an extra hour of working out the next day
The trouble is coming home late on a sat night, starving and just eating whatvers in the fridge while on facebook, and then just keep on eatig and eating
so my goal for this week is not to binge after I come home late sat night, I’m going to plan a treat on friday… Hopefully a planned treat will mean I won’t binge on the weekend, and I’ll have something to help me refuse until then.
I’m going to start the online good diary again from tomorow (and no I’m not doing one of those “I’ll start on Monday”) I’ve eaten really well today so far
I’m thinking a run tomorow if I wake up in time
recently ive been trying to do the whole 5-6 small meals a day kind of a thing
Meal 1: an orange and skim milk with protein powder (900 kilojoules)
Meal 2: roasted chickpeas (400 kj)
Meal 3: protein bar and an apple (900 kj)
Meal 4: about 10 almonds and 2 peices of wholegrain bread with honey (1500)
Meal 5: 1 1/2 wraps with honey (i love honey) (900)
TOTAL KILOJOULES = 4600
now that i look at it my so-called “meals” were a bit uneven, lucky i blog my food diary! now i can try and correct that tomorow :)
but so far i like this way of eating, im never really hungry, the only downside is the need for major self control and will power to stay within the calorie bracket

and next time lets hope i have the strength to have ONE brownie and not three
Green smoooothie
Just had my first green smoothie, I used about a cup of spinach, 3/4 of a banana, skim milk and choc whey protein powder
Mmmmmm the colour of it looked soooo gross, but it tasted good, and was a nice balanced breakfast
Organic Chocolate
Just ate an entire block of chocolate!!! That is repulsive, don’t judge me :(
I’m very disappointed in myself, this is a terrible feeling
About 500 calories in that baby….
I had sush a healthy day and went to the gym aswell….. :( whhhyyy do I do this to myself when I know how bad it feels„„
But I can’t turn back now, just have to learn from my mistakes, I guess it could have been worse, it is organic and doesn’t have all those filthy chemicals
What do I have to do to burn 500 calories ???
